What you’ll be doing:

  •  Gather, validate, document business requirements, and report them back to stakeholders

  • Identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outline business impacts 

  • Create functional specifications for solutions 

  • Simplify information and decipher technical jargon, so it is easily understood by the whole team 

  • Implement and test solutions 

  • Support business transition and help to establish change 

But what about YOU?

You’ll be a self-motivated problem solver with excellent communication skills. You’ll be skilled in building (and keeping!) good relationships with customers and your peers.

You’ll have:

  • 4+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst 

  • Background in the finance industry would be very beneficial 

  • Agile project practices

  • Documentation and writing skills

  • Proven experience working on both digital and legacy products, changing technologies, broken processes, and poor client satisfaction

  • Bonus for knowledge and/or experience with Salesforce
