We are seeking a versatile, highly adaptable Change Manager who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments. This role suits a resilient self-starter who can navigate ambiguity, collaborate closely with leadership to shape strategy, and seamlessly pivot between technical system adoption and soft, culture-focused people change. A good people person, to help navigate change.

Key Technical & Core Requirements:
  • End-to-End Change Strategy & Delivery: Demonstrated capability developing and executing pragmatic change strategies, impact assessments, readiness plans, and adoption frameworks across complex, multi-workstream projects.
  • Flexible Style & Resilience: Ability to seamlessly flex your approach between technical, black-and-white system changes and human-centered organisational shifts, showing high resilience through complex problems.
  • Autonomous Execution: Comfortable jumping straight in with minimal oversight, operating in a high-trust environment to shape frameworks and deliver tangible results.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Coaching: Exceptional facilitation and communication skills, capable of connecting naturally with diverse internal teams, operational staff, and senior leaders to build change capability and drive buy-in.
  • Modern Tech Scope: Practical experience guiding teams through large-scale technology shifts, system integrations, or digital tools (exposure to data or AI implementations is a plus).
  • Methodology & Standards: Strong grounding in change management practices, methodologies, and frameworks, combined with the flexibility to apply them practically rather than rigidly by the book.
Role Details & Work Environment:
  • Contract: 1-Year Fixed-Term (with potential for extension).
  • Location: Prime Central Wellington location right next to the train station.
  • Workplace Flexibility: Hybrid model with 2 days working from home per week.
