What You’ll Do
  • Design and build efficient, scalable data pipelines and solutions
  • Develop and maintain ETL/ELT workflows, ensuring data quality and reliability
  • Evolve data models, metadata, and architecture in a version-controlled environment
  • Provide training and leadership on data tools and self-service reporting
  • Collaborate across teams to create innovative, data-driven solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement through strong stakeholder relationships
  • Document processes and maintain up-to-date operational standards
Your Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years in a Data Engineering role (or 1.5-2 for the more Junior position)
  • Proficiency in T-SQL and scripting with Python
  • Solid ETL/ELT development and data warehouse expertise
  • Experience with Tableau, Snowflake and DBT
  • Comfortable working in cloud environments
  • Comfortable with Prefect (or Airflow), and GitHub Actions
  • Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, Agile environment
  • Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
