- Entra ID & M365 Administration
- System Configuration & Management
- Advanced Troubleshooting across diverse infrastructure
- Expert Support: Provide high-level technical resolution for internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and empathy.
- Innovation & Collaboration: Work across functional teams to implement and maintain robust IT systems.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development of IT policies, security procedures, and best practices.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay at the forefront of industry shifts to ensure our services remain cutting-edge.
You are a proactive communicator who can bridge the gap between complex technical issues and user-friendly solutions. To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven Experience: A solid track record in a Senior Service Desk or similar IT support role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of M365, Entra, and Configuration tools.
- Interpersonal Excellence: The ability to liaise effectively with users at all levels of an organisation.
- Problem-Solving DNA: A natural knack for diagnosing and resolving a wide range of IT-related hurdles efficiently.
- Drivers Licence required
