We are currently seeking an experienced Help Desk Engineer to begin an exciting career supporting internal staff with a well-known organisation.
Be the first point of contact when providing first and second level support by utilising remote desktop tools. Ensure jobs are efficiently logged and commit to providing exceptional customer service.
What you will do:
Provide technical assistance via phone or email
Ensure the smooth on-boarding of new staff
Maintain and monitor computer networks and systems
Diagnose and resolve hardware and system issues
Build and test new end-user devices
Support customers onsite and remotely
What you will bring:
Ideally, over two years of experience in an IT Service Desk
Windows 7, 8, 10 Operation System knowledge
Active Directory, Office 365, end-user/printer support
Professional and clear communication
Excellent attention to detail
