Once we know what you are looking for, we brainstorm! Team collaboration is key for us. We love a popcorn meeting where we can share what we learned about the business and the role with our Candidate Management team. And then they're off! Sourcing the best talent for you!
The Client Management team will then become the liaison between clients and candidates, coordinating interviews, passing feedback and everything in between. We are with you not only throughout the entire hiring process but even after, fostering our relationship with the goal of becoming your Trusted Advisor! 💯
