If you have previous IT experience in roles such as Service Desk, Service Delivery Project Support, or sales, we'd love to chat. Understanding IT and the different roles within it is a plus, but we'll help you get up to speed.
As a Candidate Manager, you'll play a crucial role in finding the right person for the right role. Sometimes you'll be a sympathetic ear, and other times you'll need to use your BS detector 🕵️♂️

The role involves:
Screening candidate applications via phone 📱
Conducting face-to-face or video interviews 🤓
Updating and maintaining Candidate database.
Conduct and Transcribe references ✔️
Perform internal database Candidate searches
Carry out LinkedIn Candidate searches
Writing and posting adverts 🌟
Managing the candidate in the end-to-end process
last but not least - celebrating all the wins and drinking champagne 🥂
Experience and skills you're going to bring:
At least a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
At least three years' of professional experience in a related field
Excellent communication skills - you are confident writing emails, formal documents, and are adept at note taking with a reasonable typing speed
Vibrant phone manner, able to speak clearly and use appropriate language in a professional environment
Teamwork ability -
this is very important as we need to communicate quickly and efficiently on a range of topics to facilitate our recruitment process
A sense of humour and the ability to have fun, is a must!
