​We're looking for four Senior Test Analysts to execute robust test strategies on a global SaaS platform ensuring the software remains stable, reliable, and defect-free.

A new team is being established and we’re needing to find two first-class Automation Testers, experienced in Cypress and Playwright to join this desired organisation.

 The system is critical to daily operations, requiring rigorous validation of both functional and non-functional requirements.

As part of an Agile team, you'll integrate quality controls into each sprint, embedding automated and manual testing into the development lifecycle. 

The goal? Prevent defects before they hit production and ensure a seamless user experience.

Test Scenarios – Key Responsibilities

  • Write, maintain, and execute test cases for new and existing features

  • Develop and automate regression tests to streamline release cycles

  • Leverage Cypress and/or Playwright for end-to-end automation

  • Ensure QA best practices are followed across teams

  • Maintain test documentation and knowledge base

  • Own test execution in Production and Pre-Production environments

  • Continuously improve test coverage, processes, and team performance

  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to triage defects and validate fixes

  • Participate in cross-team meetings across different time zones

  • Ensure compliance with security, performance, and safety standards

Test Criteria – Skills & Experience

Essential Test Coverage:

  • Hands-on experience with Cypress and Playwright for automated testing

  • Proven experience in QA within an Agile development environment

  • Expertise in API testing, including authentication workflows

  • Ability to write SQL queries for data validation

  • Experience testing web-based applications across browsers & devices

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution

  • Solid understanding of SDLC and test methodologies

  • Awareness of web technologies and Agile development practices

  • Excellent communication– Report findings clearly and collaborate effectively

  • Attention to detail– Catch edge cases before they cause failures

  • Ability to adapt– Handle shifting priorities and fast-paced sprint cycles
