Are you an experienced Modern Workplace Consultant open to join a top Professional Services team consulting in leading Hawkes Bay businesses?
This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering Microsoft 365–based workplace transformations, helping organisations improve collaboration, security, and productivity.
This role is ideal for a consultant who enjoys working directly with clients, designing and implementing modern workplace solutions, and delivering measurable business outcomes using Microsoft technologies.
  
You’ll work across multiple client environments, designing and implementing Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions and supporting organisations on their digital transformation journey. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, delivering best-practice solutions across collaboration, endpoint management, and security.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Designing and delivering Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace solutions
  • Implementing Intune, Entra ID, and endpoint management strategies
  • Supporting Microsoft 365 migrations and tenant transformations
  • Improving security posture using Microsoft security and compliance tools
  • Working closely with clients to understand requirements and deliver outcomes
  • Providing technical leadership across deployment and optimisation projects
  Experience you'll have would include:
  • Proven experience delivering Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions
  • Strong Microsoft 365 expertise (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune)
  • Experience with identity and access management (Entra ID / Azure AD)
  • Background in consulting, professional services, or project delivery
  • Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
  • Passion for delivering modern, secure, cloud-first workplace environments
