We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer (Silverstripe/PHP) to join a collaborative Wellington team. This role involves leading projects, working closely with clients, and delivering high-quality web solutions.

What you’ll do

  • Lead technical direction across projects

  • Translate client needs into technical solutions

  • Build and maintain PHP/MySQL applications and Silverstripe CMS sites

  • Work with Laravel, VueJS, HTML, CSS, Git, and related tools

  • Apply AI tools to improve systems and solutions

  • Support and deliver bespoke projects

  • Ensure coding standards, testing, and delivery are met


What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years software development experience

  • Strong skills in Silverstripe, Laravel, or similar PHP frameworks

  • 3+ years with VueJS

  • Experience with unit, integration, and functional testing

  • 1+ year experience in AI integration

  • Client-facing skills

  • Team player with leadership ability
