We’re on the lookout for an experienced Senior IT Talent Manager who knows how to uncover exceptional talent and partner closely with Client Managers to deliver brilliant outcomes.
You’ll be at the heart of our delivery engine — no client cold calls, just Talent Management, done right.
  
About the role
This is a role for someone who genuinely loves the craft of recruitment. Someone who takes pride in understanding candidates beyond their CV and gets real satisfaction from helping people land life-changing roles.
You’ll work closely with Client Managers, uncover exceptional talent, and deliver outcomes that make everyone proud.
If you have previous IT experience in roles such as Service Delivery, Project Support, or Sales, we’d love to chat. Understanding IT and the different roles within it is a plus — and we’ll help you get up to speed where needed.
As a Talent Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in finding the right person for the right role. Sometimes you’ll be a sympathetic ear, and other times you’ll need to use your BS detector ��️‍♂️.

The role involves
  • Partnering with Client Managers to understand each brief — diving deep into what makes the right person tick
  • Actively sourcing talent using LinkedIn, our internal tools, and your own network
  • Pre-screening, interviewing, and managing end-to-end candidate journeys
  • Writing job ads that speak human — not buzzwords
  • Building long-term relationships with talent — whether they’re looking now or later

Experience and skills you’ll bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • At least three years’ professional experience in a related role
  • Excellent communication skills — confident writing emails and formal documents, with strong note-taking and typing ability
  • Vibrant phone manner — clear, professional, and personable
  • Strong teamwork skills — we move fast and communicate often
  • A sense of humour and the ability to have fun (this is a must)
