About the company:

About the role:
You’ll be supporting current applications and the introduction of new technologies into the business. Although you will provide support for a number of applications your primary responsibility will be as a Microsoft O365 specialist, developing and configuring O365 solutions and providing support for tools used across the business.
You’ll be a part of:
Providing exceptional service & support to staff taking a positive approach
Providing support for O365 tools used across the business
Being hands-on to resolve issues, with a proven ability to identify and manage risks.
Developing and configuring Microsoft Office 365 solutions
About you:
You’ll be a great communicator, who is ready to join a great team, work hard and have fun while doing it!
You’ll also have:
Experience supporting Technology One products
Developing and configuring O365 solutions
Demonstrated experience in application configuration and support, including core ERP applications
Knowledge of workstation support (hardware/software/peripherals)
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
We’ll keep an eye out for:
One or more formal IT industry technical certifications
Technology One products, particularly Property and Rating and FinanceOne.
