  • Craft clean, efficient Ruby code

  • Dive into real-world features and ship them with purpose

  • Tag in with your teammates for code reviews, idea jams, and technical problem-solving

  • Spot issues before they’re a problem ~ fix ‘em fast, fix ‘em right

  • Keep dependencies sharp and security tighter than your test suite

  • Manage your own workload like a pro (but never afraid to ask for backup)

  • Push product improvements that actually move the needle

  • 3+ years rocking Ruby on Rails

  • Real experience building and deploying features
