What you’ll be doing:

  • Driving new business across New Zealand’s commercial and government sectors.

  • Building lasting, trust-based recruitment partnerships.

  • Selling tailored recruitment solutions—permanent, contract, and project-based.

  • Partnering with delivery consultants to ensure top-tier results.

  • Playing a key role in strategic growth and client acquisition.

What you won’t be doing:

  • Talent Management, candidate searches, LinkedIn scrolling, candidate interviews, profile writing, candidate administration. 
    We have an incredible team dedicated for this to make sure your time is spent bringing in new business, talking to clients and managing the recruitment process.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Brings proven recruitment BDM experience.

  • Understands commercial and government hiring in NZ.

  • Leads with empathy, intuition, and commercial smarts.

  • Communicates confidently and builds meaningful client rapport.

  • Navigates complex organisations and earns stakeholder trust with ease.
