About the company

You’ll be a part of:

  • Providing exceptional service & support to staff

  • Becoming the escalation point for Service Desk Level 1

  • Packaging & maintaining deployable software into Intune/SCCM

  • The administration of Exchange

​

About you:

You’ll be a great communicator, who is ready to join a great team, work hard and have fun while doing it!

​

You’ll also have:

  • Experience in a similar Desktop support role

  • Key technologies - SCCM, Intune, Exchange, O365

  • Knowledge of workstation support (hardware/software/peripherals) 

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills 

We’ll keep an eye out for:

  • One or more formal IT industry technical certifications 

  • Networking Technologies 

  • Experience with video conferencing equipment
