About the team:

You will be joining a high-performing, cross-functional group tasked with navigating uncharted territory. The work is complex, intellectually stimulating, and full of ambiguity – requiring sharp analytical thinking, creative problem solving, and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
  

Position purpose:

The Bank is investing in the replacement of the legacy core system and have partnered with 10X, a vendor of a modern ‘thin core’ system to integrate this into the bank’s wider product, payments and channel ecosystems.
  
You will be working with one a dedicated workstreams within the Core Replacement Programme spanning functions from the Core System itself, migration, Payments, Channels, Lending and the development of key Foundational Services
  

Essential Technical skills:
  • C# and .NET
  • API Integration
  • SQL
  • Devops tools and process e.g. CI/CD, infrastructure as code, performance testing, log analysis
  • Ability to architect, design and develop effective solutions using good analytical and problem-solving techniques.
  • Ability to create excellent user experiences through seeking advice from designers and business stakeholders.
  • Support the adoption of DevOps through promotion of better tools, processes, and architectural improvements.
  
Bonus experience, not essential:
  • AWS
  • Financial/Banking experience
