​Exciting new role, fantastic new office, great people!!

We're looking for an outgoing, energetic Talent Search Star to join the team in our new office.  We moved to a bigger and brighter brand new premise Aug 1 and are looking for like-minded individuals who want to be a part of this growth (and make great $$$) ;)

You'll know that Talent Search is key in this market and our salary and commission structure for these roles reflect that.  

We're dedicated, and relationships are our priority. We pride ourselves in being honest throughout the recruitment process, making sure we connect the right person with the right role and organisation.

You'll have previous experience in IT, whether it be in Service Desk, Service Delivery or Project Support.   What we're looking for is someone who understands IT and how all the different roles fit together. For example, you'll know the difference between a Technical and Process BA and have a basic understanding of relevant technical qualifications available that candidates may have.

We're also happy to talk to experienced Talent Engineers who are looking for a flexible working environment where you can manage the hours you work.

Sometimes you'll find yourself being a sympathetic ear to a candidate's challenging work situation. Other times you'll have your nonsense monitor on overdrive to analyse what you're being told. The end goal is to find the right person for the right role.

Remember the memory game you played as a kid? That's Recruitment! Remembering that one thing from a conversation or a CV that connects that person perfectly to the role, then helping them through the process to offer.

On top of the salary, Spotify, short Fridays and coffees/herbal tea/matcha. There's a generous commission component for every successful candidate you find that we help into a new position. No doughnuts here!

The role involves:

  • Using search platforms and networks to find the right people for the right role

  • Interviewing people who may be suitable

  • Creating a profile to market the candidate to the client

  • Creating adverts for roles to post on various platforms

  • Working with the Client Manager to help people through their recruitment experience

  • Celebrating successful placements

Ideally, what you'll have:

  • A relevant Bachelor's Degree (tell us why it's appropriate!)

  • A great memory

  • An optimistic outlook

  • Experience in Service Desk, Service Delivery,  Project Support or Recruitment

The key is having the optimistic belief that there's the correctly skilled, 'open-to-a-change' person in Wellington for the role you're looking for, and it's your goal to find them before someone else does!
