Key Responsibilities
- Develop clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging across global markets
- Translate technical product capabilities into compelling customer-centric stories
- Partner with Product Managers to uncover insights and craft narratives
- Build go-to-market plans for feature releases, market entry, campaigns, and events
- Create high-quality assets: blogs, sales collateral, webinars, case studies, videos
- Support Sales and Partner teams with frameworks, playbooks, and enablement material
- Conduct ongoing market and competitor research; feed insights back into strategy
- Drive digital product storytelling across social, events, and industry channels
- Represent the product at conferences and gather market insights
- Track performance metrics, optimise messaging, and refine content based on data
- Strong SaaS or B2B product marketing experience
- Ability to turn technical concepts into sharp, engaging stories
- Experience with go-to-market planning and launch execution
- Confident working autonomously across global teams and time zones
- Sharp research and analytical skills; naturally curious and insight-driven
- Excellent written and verbal communication — clarity, influence, and impact
- A creative yet structured mindset with the ability to deliver end-to-end
- Work at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Design, Sales, and CX
- Own the product narrative across multiple international markets
- Create work that is seen, used, and valued by internal teams and global customers
