We have an excellent opportunity available, supporting the delivery of multiple projects for clients, both public and private.

About the Role:

You’ll be joining a dynamic, senior team who will be supporting you in your growth in the role. Your responsibilities will include project managing small projects with less than 5 days effort, and you will be supported by a full project management team on larger, more complex projects.

Your part to play:

  • Production issue resolution, co-ordinating multiple vendors, and client teams

  • Helping to deliver issue resolution to defined Service Level Agreements

  • Attending and facilitating client meetings to discuss requirements and project status

  • Working with technical team leads to resource workload and small projects and to

  • ensure deadlines are met

  • Approving timesheets and preparing client billing

  • Development and management of programme and project plans, including reviewing the plans regularly to ensure tasks and milestones are being achieved in a timely manner

  • Preparation of governance reports, project status reports, presentations, agendas etc

  • Assisting with resourcing staff for planned out-of-hours releases

  • Maintaining and building relationships with clients.

About You:

You’ll be a solid Project Coordinator who is able to take the initiative and get on with what needs to be done. 

You’ll also have:

  • At least two years of work experience in an IT environment.

  • Knowledge of project delivery/co-ordination processes

  • Knowledge of ITIL.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong client focus

  • Emphasis on teamwork

  • Mature approach to handling any situation

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Ability to interface with people at all levels

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.

NOTE: This role will require you to be available for on call or work outside of usual hours, as required from time to time. This will be compensated with a competitive daily on call allowance plus hourly rate for hours worked.
