Are you an experienced Exchange Hybrid Engineer looking for your next challenge? This established organisation is embarking on a major uplift of its Microsoft environment and is seeking a senior specialist to drive the evolution of their modern workplace platforms.
In this contract role, you’ll take ownership of complex Exchange Hybrid environments, guide best practice across M365 and Entra ID, and play a key part in shaping the future state of a large, respected enterprise.
What you'll be doing:
  • Managing, maintaining, and optimising Entra ID, Exchange, and M365 environments
  • Designing, implementing, and troubleshooting Hybrid Exchange solutions
  • Collaborating with a talented engineering team to deliver innovative, secure, and scalable outcomes
  • Working across cloud and on-prem environments, ensuring seamless integration
  • Providing technical leadership and solving complex issues in a fast-moving environment
What we’re looking for:
  • Deep expertise across Exchange Hybrid, Entra ID, and M365
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies and hybrid integrations
  • Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving complex enterprise issues
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-focused approach
Preferred qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar
  • Certifications in Microsoft technologies (MCSE, MCSA, or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated success delivering projects in large enterprise settings
