Are you someone who loves technology and enjoys working with people? We're looking for a self-motivated systems administrator who's comfortable with various technologies and can build great relationships with customers at all levels of business.

You have strong skills in operating systems and virtual environments, and you're always looking to improve your troubleshooting skills. You're flexible and adaptable, with a keen interest in IT.

You'll be comfortable working with multiple systems and technologies, and you're always willing to learn and upskill yourself. You're an experienced troubleshooter who understands the unique nuances that can affect information systems.

In this role, you'll get to work with a wide variety of technologies, which means there's always something new to learn and no chance of getting bored!

You'll feel confident deploying the following technologies:

  • Windows 10

  • Office 365 

  • SharePoint, OneDrive 

  • Networking base; servers, routers, gateways, access points, wireless, ports, firewalls 

  • Mikrotik support experience is a bonus.

We're looking for someone with the right ATTITUDE with at least 1 year of IT support experience in an MSP environment and a valid driver's license (restricted/full license).

Tasks

  1. Manage and support LAN (Local Area Network) and WAN (Wide Area Network), both wired and wireless, ensuring smooth operation and promptly resolving any issues that arise.

  2. Manage and support servers and desktops, including critical services and applications, and resolve any issues identified.

  3. Ensure infrastructure systems and services are operating optimally to support clients' business functions. Raise any issues and provide solutions that can be communicated to the client.

  4. Provide support to clients over the phone, onsite, via email, or any other communication means utilized by the company.

  5. Install new or rebuild existing servers, configure hardware, services settings, directories, storage, etc., in accordance with standards and project operational requirements. Install new software releases, evaluate and install patches, and resolve software-related problems.

These tasks are all critical to ensuring the smooth operation of the company's IT systems, and ensuring that clients receive the support they need.
