Based in Wellington, you'll work across their great client base whilst prioritising exceptional customer service. In the role, you will provide systems and network support and consultancy to their SME customer base, with a focus on exceptional customer service.
Provide customer support and incident management
Conduct problem management and 3rd party escalation
Identify customer requirements and build the best possible solution
Understand and develop standard product sets and solutions
Complete time recording, customer documentation and process improvement
Liaise with the service desk, account management and sales, and regional service management teams
Experience and Qualifications:
An appropriate tertiary qualification
An industry-specific qualification such as Microsoft MSCE
A minimum of 2 year’s experience in the IT industry
Good understanding of Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server, Desktop operating systems (XP, 7, 8 and 10) and Office 365
Understanding of networking technologies such as switching, routing and firewalls (preferred)
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Valid work permit, NZ driver's licence, and access to your own motor vehicle
