We’re looking for a Test Analyst who enjoys problem-solving, learning new things, and being part of a supportive, collaborative team. You’ll help deliver new products and features, working across both manual and automation testing.
What you’ll bring
  • Strong testing background across functional, system, integration and end-to-end testing
  • Experience with Java and Selenium (or an interest in growing automation skills)
  • Hands-on manual testing experience
  • A positive “can-do” attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
  • Ability to identify issues, troubleshoot effectively, and communicate clearly
  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
Nice to have (not essential)
  • SQL and relational database skills
  • Understanding of application security standards
  • FinTech, Payroll, Accounting domain knowledge
  • Experience with Mobile Testing
  • Experience with automation frameworks and deciding what to automate
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, AWS/Azure, or Microservices
  • ISTQB or Agile certifications
  • Coding experience (ideally Java or JavaScript)
