.NET Developer Lead

​About the Role
We’re looking for a Tech Lead who’s passionate about building quality software and the teams that make it happen. This is an opportunity to lead a collaborative, product-driven development environment where customer impact, teamwork, and technical excellence go hand in hand.

As Tech Lead, you’ll guide the technical direction of your team, working closely with Product and Design from the earliest stages of discovery through to delivery. You’ll balance feasibility with innovation, ensuring solutions are technically sound and truly valuable to end users.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate technical feasibility of features and initiatives

• Provide high-level estimates, define milestones, manage dependencies, and identify risks early

• Lead planning and delivery from discovery through to release

• Understand your customers’ problems and empower your team to creatively solve them

• Work as part of a product trio (Tech, Product, Design) to:

• Identify and solve customer pain points

• Embed user-centric thinking into design and delivery

• Find and validate value through usage metrics, surveys, and experimentation

• Help shape and align the team’s direction

• Champion agile delivery practices and ensure regular, effective ceremonies:

• Lead stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives

• Monitor and improve team performance metrics

• Identify delivery challenges (e.g., blocked or slow-moving stories) and work with the team to unblock and improve

• Create a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence

• Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance support for your development team

• Collaborate on longer-term technical roadmap planning, especially around recurring bottlenecks and structural blockers

What You Bring

• Excellent full stack development skills, especially with:

• C# .NET, React, SQL, and PowerShell

• Proven ability to write clean, high-quality, maintainable code

• Strong communication and leadership skills – you build trust and alignment across functions

• Experience with cloud technologies (particularly AWS)

• Solid understanding of agile practices, delivery rituals, and performance metrics

• Passion for continuous learning and helping others grow
