This is a great opportunity for a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer to join a SaaS company in Wellington. You'll be working in a collaborative, supportive team on technology that’s helping reshape an essential industry across New Zealand and the US.

You’ll be building scalable, secure, and modern applications in an environment that values your voice, your growth, and your work-life balance. Whether you’re mentoring others or exploring new tech, you’ll be encouraged to bring your whole self to work.

About the role

You’ll be part of a dev team that builds and maintains customer-facing software. The codebase is solid, the tech is modern, and the roadmap is packed with opportunities to contribute your ideas and make an impact. You’ll work across the full stack, building APIs, improving UI/UX, writing clean code, and embedding quality through TDD and automation.

There’s plenty of variety in the work and you’ll also have the chance to support and mentor junior developers.

About YOU

You’re a confident .NET developer who enjoys building great software and working with good people. You like clean code, smart solutions, and the occasional team lunch. You bring strong technical know-how, solid communication skills, and a desire to grow - whether that’s into tech leadership or just becoming even more senior at what you do.

You'll have at least five years of software development experience, and skills with the following:

  • C#, .NET, MVC, Web API, PowerShell, and SQL

  • Front-end tech like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, TypeScript, and Razor

  • DevOps tools like AWS, Docker, Git, Octopus Deploy, TeamCity

  • Writing maintainable, testable code in an agile environment

But more importantly, you're curious, collaborative, and open to learning new things.

What's in it for you?
  • A genuinely flexible working week: 3 days in the office, 2 from home

  • Supportive team culture where your input is welcomed and valued

  • Catered team lunches every week, and drinks/snacks every Friday

  • Extra Parental leave

  • Training budget and dedicated time for professional development

  • Long-term incentive plan available after three years

  • A purpose-led company with great values, and a product that makes a real difference

Sounds like you? Apply now and let’s talk about what you’re looking for in your next chapter.
