Are you a Senior Frontend Developer ready for your next big move? We’re working with one of Wellington’s fastest-growing tech scale-ups who are after a talented coder to join their high-performing engineering team.

Your role:

• Develop new frontend features with clean, reliable code

• Work closely with product, engineering, and ops teams

• Lead architecture planning and best practice discussions

• Drive testing strategy and enhance code quality

• Manage and improve a significant amount of legacy frontend code, with a willingness to work effectively within existing systems.

​

You’ll need:

• 5+ years’ experience with React (This is key), JavaScript, HTML & CSS (the more, the better!)

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

• A problem-solving approach with empathy for the end user

• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD workflows

• Full working rights in New Zealand

Nice to have:

• Experience with design systems

• Ruby on Rails skills

• Scaling large platforms or systems
