We’re on the lookout for an experienced Senior IT Talent Manager who knows how to uncover exceptional talent and partner closely with Client Managers to deliver brilliant outcomes. You’ll be at the heart of our delivery engine — no client cold calls, just Talent Management, done right.

This is a role for someone who loves the craft of recruitment. Someone who takes pride in understanding candidates beyond their CV and who gets satisfaction from helping people land life-changing roles.

👩‍💻 What you’ll be doing:

  • Partnering with Client Managers to understand each brief — diving deep into what makes the right person tick

  • Actively sourcing talent using LinkedIn, our internal tools, and your own network

  • Pre-screening, interviewing, and managing end-to-end candidate journeys

  • Writing job ads that speak human — not buzzwords

  • Building long-term relationships with talent — whether they’re looking now or later

🙌 Who we’re looking for:

  • A seasoned Talent Manager with 5+ years' experience in agency or internal talent acquisition, ideally in IT

  • Someone who thrives behind the scenes— collaborating, influencing, and delivering outcomes

  • A great communicator — clear, thoughtful, and not afraid to speak up

  • Detail-focused and proactive — you spot potential before others do

  • A team player who values trust, fairness, and kindness
