Office & working style:
  • 4 days per week in the office, 1 day WFH
  • Everyone is in the office on Fridays
  • This is non-negotiable and central to how the team collaborates and learns

You may start out in the support team to learn the environment, then move into bespoke projects as confidence and familiarity grows. 

The split is roughly:
  • 30% bespoke project work
  • 70% ongoing support and enhancements
Kind of stuff you will be doing:
  • New website and application builds
  • Enhancements and feature development
  • Client migrations
  • Ongoing improvements to existing platforms
  • Collaborating directly with clients to understand real needs and pain points
The ideal skills you will have for this position:
  • 3+ years’ commercial software development experience
  • Interest in intermediate or senior multiple roles available 
  • Strong PHP background (Silverstripe, Laravel)
  • Solid experience with Vue.js
  • Comfortable with testing (unit, integration, functional)
  • Clean, well-structured code
  • Confident communicator with good presentation skills
  • Comfortable running or contributing to technical discussions with clients
  • Someone who enjoys being customer-facing and taking ownership
